Wanda Stec

Assistant Professor at the Department of Russian Language and Translation Studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Gdańsk. Sworn translator of Russian. Scientific interests: interdisciplinary comparative research of botanical names, legal translation, linguistic analysis and translation of specialized texts, Polish-Russian confrontational linguistics (lexicology, phraseology, semantics, word formation). Author of approximately 50 publications including articles in scientific journals and chapters in multi-author monographs, co-editor of several monographs.
