Habilitated doctor of law, professor at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of State and Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, vice-chairman of the Board of the Association of Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy – Polish Section IVR. Author of numerous publications on the theory and philosophy of law, in particular the jurisprudence of virtues, the theory and philosophy of international law, and the legal and ethical problems of biomedicine and new technologies.
