Philologist, Slavist, folklorist, ethnolinguist, literary theorist, translator and editor. He worked at the University Library in Belgrade and lectured on Slavic studies at the universities of Kiev, Lodz and Gdansk. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of the magazine Kodovi slovenskih kultura, Ukras, Novorečje, the author of books in Serbian, Ukrainian and Polish, and the editor of a number of Slavic thematic and authorial collections.
