Doctor of Economics, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, specialist in logistics and strategic management. For over a decade he held top management positions in the transport and industrial sectors in Poland. In 2005–2009, as President of the Management Board of PKP Intercity SA, he managed the restructuring and development of passenger services, and in 2018–2021, as President of PKP Cargo SA, he supervised the modernization of the fleet and logistics processes. He currently serves as chairman of the Luxtorpeda 2.0 cluster council and president „Blue Ocean” of Business Consulting sp. z o. o., advising companies on optimizing their business strategies and processes.
