Doctor of Laws, assistant professor at the Department of Roman Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In his research he mainly analyzes the influence of Roman law on the formation of legal institutions in Europe with particular emphasis on damnum infectum and a preventive claim. Her research interests also include real estate law, public law restrictions on ownership in the area of monument protection, and Roman jurisprudence as an important factor in the development of European legal culture.
