The main area of research interest is issues related to employees’ non-material motivation, measurement of job satisfaction, commitment to creating the value of human capital, prevention of burnout, prevention and diagnosis of PTSD in the work environment, building mental resilience and examining the conditions for Generation Z’s entry into the labor market. Certified resilience educator certified by the Israel Community Stress Prevention Center. Author of publications in the field of contemporary human resources management. He lectures abroad, including at the University of Split (Croatia), UIT Quimper (France), the University of Cadiz (Spain) and Budapest Business School (Hungary).
