According to applicable regulations, a Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry. The declaration may be submitted in any form, but for evidentiary purposes we recommend it in writing or electronically (e.g., via e-mail).
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
The Seller is obliged to return to the Consumer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for him.
The Consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the Seller to collect them.

The costs of direct return of the goods (shipping costs) are borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
