The Archive of Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy is an open-access scholarly journal published by the Association of Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy – Polish Section of the IVR, in cooperation with the University of Gdańsk Press and Wolters Kluwer Polska.
The journal’s thematic scope encompasses various forms of general reflection on law and its surroundings, including primarily legal theory and philosophy, social philosophy, political philosophy, and the sociology of law.
