Doctor of Social Sciences in Economics and Finance. Assistant professor at the Department of Banking and Finance, Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk. Specializes in central banking, conducting research on central bank digital money, financial supervision, and public finances. Since 2016, President of the Management Board of Project Finance sp. z o. o. Winner of the 2nd degree award in the Banking Guarantee Fund Competition for the best doctoral theses in the field of financial system stability in 2019.
