DDoctor of Economics in the discipline of management science, assistant professor at the Department of Investment and Real Estate at the University of Gdańsk. In 2019–2021, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, she conducted research on campus management. Since 2010, he has been the head of postgraduate studies „Real Estate and Development Project Management” at the University of Gdańsk. In 2011–2013 she was a member of the State Qualification Commission for Property Managers at the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy. Since March 2019, he has represented Polish universities in the European Real Estate Society (ERES) in the Netherlands, serving as a member of the board and, since October 2024 – also as vice-president of this organization.
