Doctor of Laws; legal counsel. Assistant professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Head of the research program „Good Light Law” at the Metropolitan Institute in Gdańsk. Her research interests include in particular local government law, the investment and construction process and sustainable development.
