Born 1717 in Szkoty near Gdańsk, died 1772 in Borzyszkowy. Priest, chronicler, historian, bibliophile (collector of theological, historical and legal works). He completed his theological studies. In the years 1741–1744 he served as vicar in Kościerzyna, and then in the years 1744–1751 in Żukowo. From 1751 until his death he was a parish priest in the village of Borzyszkowy in the then starosty of Człuchów (now Bytów district).
