Assistant professor at the Department of Economic Policy at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. The main area of his research is taxation and tax policy in Poland and European Union countries. He is the author of several books and studies on this subject. His research interests also include lobbying on the national and international stage and the theory of public choice.
