Professor, habilitated doctor of economics, lecturer at the Department of Banking and Finance at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk. In 1997–2002, head of the first Extramural Doctoral Program at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk, in 2005–2010, rector of the University of Finance and Administration in Gdańsk, candidate for the Monetary Policy Council (2015, 2022). She received two ßeta Award nominations for outstanding achievements in financial management. Author of research and implementation projects, over 300 scientific publications, including 15 authorial monographs, including: Risk investigationnyh proektov (Moscow 2004) and Behavioral investment portfolio. Brain, emotions, behavioral gap (Gdańsk 2020, University of Gdańsk Publishing House award).
