Environmental indicators, social indicators, management indicators, integrated ESG measurement tools (Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) framework); as well as selected strategies for creating sustainable value. The last book (MON 3) will adopt the following content structure: court restructuring and the bankruptcy and liquidation process \u2013 economic analysis of law, definitions, review of law and literature, premises for corporate restructuring \u2013 business versus legal; early warning systems for bankruptcy risk in times when forecasts give way to scenarios, and an analysis of whether they can still be used.
