Although these topics focus\u00a0primarily on domestic business transactions, foreign transactions\u00a0are also discussed. The authors hope that the book may be\u00a0of interest to all those who seek information on the private law\u00a0aspects of conducting business in Poland.<\/p>\n<p><em>An Outline of Polish Commercial Law<\/em>\u00a0examines issues related to\u00a0how entrepreneurs function, how they wind down activities,\u00a0including for reasons of insolvency, and the legal transactions\u00a0conducted within the confines of the economic trade of so-called\u00a0commercial activities. One chapter also focuses on issues pertaining\u00a0to the amicable settlement of disputes through arbitration.
