href=\"https:\/\/bip.ug.edu.pl\/akty_normatywne\/117206\/zarzadzenie_nr_81r24_rektora_uniwersytetu_gdanskiego_z_dnia_2_wrzesnia_2024_roku_w_sprawie_powolania_kolegium_redakcyjnego_wydawnictwa_uniwersytetu\">Zarz\u0105dzenia No. 81\/R\/24 of the Rector of the University of Gda\u0144sk of 2<span class=\"date-display-single\"> September 2024 <\/span> on the establishment of the Editorial Board of the Publishing House of the University of Gda\u0144sk for the 2024\u20132028 term<\/a>. The competences and principles of appointing the Publishing House Editorial Board are regulated by \u00a7 4 of the Regulations of the University of Gda\u0144sk Publishing House, according to which:<\/p><ol><li>The Editorial Board, composed of at least 3 people, is appointed by the Rector from among academic teachers employed at the University of Gda\u0144sk with outstanding publication achievements.<\/li><li>The work of the College is directed by the Director.<\/li><li>The College&#8217;s task is to:<ul><li>ensuring the achievement of high publishing standards and ensuring the efficient implementation of the Publishing House&#8217;s strategy;<\/li><li>substantive evaluation of publications submitted to the Publishing House;<\/li><li>conducting the process of qualifying a work for publication;<\/li><li>making decisions on co-financing the publication of academic textbooks and monographs constituting habilitation dissertations.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-149f471 pt-10 pb-5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"149f471\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span style=\"font-size: 33.62px\">Composition of the Editorial Board<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7751d18 elementor-author-box--image-valign-top elementor-widget elementor-widget-author-box\" data-id=\"7751d18\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"author-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-author-box\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"elementor-author-box__avatar\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wydawnictwo.ug.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Beata-Molejko-300x300.webp\" alt=\"Picture of PROF. She deals with economic and social history, especially the situation of women in the Middle Ages. Author of numerous historical monographs, scientific editor of volumes published by Routledge (2017 and 2021).
